Terms of Affiliation

Barbara Brabec ("Author and Publisher") reserves the right to refuse to accept any website into the HOME BUSINESS MAVEN™ BARBARA BRABEC Affiliate Program that does not meet her high standards for quality and content.

Ideally, sites will attract visitors with an interest or involvement in a home-based business. All sites must be family-friendly in context. Sites will be banned from participation in this program if they include any sexually-explicit ads or products, porn, or messages that promote hate, prejudice, or violence in any fashion.

By joining this affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to its terms and conditions:

You ("the Affiliate") understand that Barbara Brabec's Secrets to Maximizing Schedule C Deductions is for U.S. taxpayers only, and you agree that your promotion of it will CLEARLY state this information to avoid orders (and returns) from buyers in other countries.

You agree never to send unsolicited email (spam) that advertises this product or website. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the affiliate's account and loss of any unpaid commissions to that date. If you have an opt-in subscriber list, however, you may use your affiliate link with ezine articles or ads. (See below for suggested ad copy and banners you can use.)

You agree never to make any promises, guarantees, or misleading claims on the author's behalf, or in any way represent yourself as an employee or agent of Barbara Brabec, this website, or the eBook, Secrets to Maximizing Schedule C Deductions.

COMMISSION

You will receive a 40% commission, or $10.80 for each sale you refer from your affiliate link. (Be sure to check the link each time you use it.)

You will be sent an email for each sale originating from your referrals. When earnings have reached $25 or more, they will be paid via PayPal within 15 days of that month's end.

NOTE: If you sign up for the affiliate program with the idea of discounting your own product purchase, you will NOT be paid the commission. If you want to buy my eBook for your own personal use, click here to order it as an individual. (Remember that you only need to refer three buyers to get your money back, and then some.)
